Round One

The first step to a healthier lawn is to take care of the weeds while also fertilizing. Bermuda and Zoysia lawns receive a pre-emergent herbicide while Fescue lawns receive fertilization and pre-emergent herbicide.

Round Two

The second application of pre-emergent herbicide is applied to Bermuda and Zoysia lawns, along with a fertilizer application for added nutrition. Fescue lawns receive fertilization and pre-emergent herbicide and weed control.

Round Three

In this stage, our goal is to bring out the green in your lawn. Controlled release fertilizer and weed control are applied as needed to Bermuda, Zoysia, and Fescue lawns, along with iron.

Round Four

More controlled release fertilizer, weed control, and iron are applied to all lawn grass species.

Round Five

To maintain a rich color throughout the hot Georgia summers, a controlled-release fertilization method is applied to Bermuda and Zoysia lawns, along with any necessary weed control products. Fescue lawns receive pelletized limestone to foster better nutrient absorption.

Round Six

During the fall and winter months, Bermuda and Zoysia lawns will receive pre and post-emergent weed control and root zone fertilizer to fuel the root system. This is the optimal time for seeding and aerating your fescue lawn. Fescue lawns receive a micronutrient fertilizer for seeding development.

Round Seven

More pre and post-emergent weed control and root zone fertilizer are applied to Bermuda and Zoysia lawns. Fescue lawns receive a fertilizer to help establish a strong root system before winter.

Round Eight

Bermuda and Zoysia lawns receive pelletized limestone to prepare for the next growing season, while Fescue lawns receive fertilization with micronutrients to help sustain throughout the winter.
